Fees / Refunds / Discounts

Camp Fees:

The cost of camp is $525.00 per week. All fees are due by June 1st. No checks accepted after June 1st.

Credit Card Fees:

ALL payments made online will automatically be charged a processing fee. Registration fees are required to be paid online. The balance can be paid with a check to avoid paying these fees. Any purchases and deposits in the camp store will be subject to a credit card processing fee.

Late Fees:

All applications received after May 1st will be charged a $25.00 late fee.

Extension Fees:

If a family decides to extend a child's stay at camp there will be a $25.00 fee for each extension.

Registration Fee:

The registration fee is $100.00 and is non-refundable and non-transferable.


No refunds for homesickness, early pick up of campers, illness or injury at camp, behavior issues, arrival at camp without completed medical information.
Any fees paid over the $100.00 registration fee are fully refundable up til May 1st.
Refunds after May 1st will be issued in the following circumstances: death of an immediate family (parent, grandparent, sibling) or illness prior to camp with a doctor’s note. The $100.00 registration fee is non-refundable.

Returned Checks:

Since the bank levies a service charge on us for any checks returned, it will be necessary for us to pass this expense on to the person submitting such a check. This charge is $35.00.

Train pick up or drop off:

There is a $25.00 fee to pick up your child at the train station in Utica, NY. There is also a fee of $25.00 to drop them off at the train station in Utica, NY.

Memory Packet:

We will be producing a “Memory Packet” which will consist of a cabin photo, staff photo and a DVD that includes photos and video clips of campers and staff from the 2019 season. The DVD will be approximately 30 minutes long. This is a great way to preserve the memories from the summer. The cost will be $30.00 and you can pay for this when you register (credit card fees apply) or you can pay cash for this on registration day. The packet can be picked up on the last day of camp. If you are a one or two week camper or have to leave early, this will be mailed to you.

Sibling Discounts:

When registering for camp the application will ask if you have a sibling attending camp. You will be required to fill in that information. The first child will pay full price, each sibling will receive a $50.00 flat discount.
